What are your shipping / lead times?

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to leave our facility and ship via USPS. Personalized or customized items are subject to more lead time depending on complexity and volume. Transit times vary by location and shipping selection. View more information on the Shipping and Returns page.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you take custom orders?

We are happy to customize any of our existing items, create special designs, or mix pigments for your ideal piece of loot. Check out the Custom Orders page to get started.
Do you make everything in house?

We absolutely do! All of our items are crafted by hand in Michigan. We keep a small stock of common inventory but it is likely that your item is made to order. We are happy to provide custom touches or modification to any order.
